So Disappointed
So disappointed with this dress! I took it to Italy for a wedding where I was a bridesmaid and the stitching and zipper was completely busted. I did not have an alternative dress and by the time I returned home to the states, it was outside the return window. It was my first Lulus purchase and unfortunately, most likely my last.Response from Lulus.com: Hi Alison, thank you for sharing your feedback with us! We're sorry to hear that the zipper broke. We want you to love every Lulus purchase, so if you are ever in need, please get in touch with us (lulus.com/customerservice). We would be happy to find a solution for you! xo
