Cute shoes!
I ordered a size down (10) from my normal 11. The first order was too large, so I exchanged for size 9. The new size was a bit better, however I didn't feel very supported in the shoes with the skinny straps, so I ultimately returned them. Cute but uncomfortable

Too cute!

Size Issue
I usually wear a size 9 and had to exchange these twice (once for a 8.5 and again for an 8). The 8 is the best fit for me, but still isn't perfect.
