Too big
I'm normally a 9, 9.5 or 10 depends on the shoe. The shoe didn't come in 9.5 & 9 was sold out, so I tried the 10 way too big. I got a 9 it fits perfectly.Response from Lulus.com: Hi Amber! Even though I ordered the same size in black and they fit, these were too small in the same size and very tight (9). I couldn't walk. Otherwise very pretty color - Product Rating: 2 of 5 stars
Size down
I am a true size 7 and there was no way I could have worn these in a size 7. Cute shoes, but didn't seem as good of quality for the price. Great Staple

Would not recommend.
I bought this shoe in 4 colors because I love the style. However, this shoe is cheaply made the ankle straps rub horribly and the foot strap is too narrow (I have narrow feet). Wish they fit
