Easy Process
Ordered my normal size (6.5) but they were a little large. Went through the exchange process and it was so easy! Really appreciated the free return label and no extra fees for exchange. Got my new ones (size 6) within the same week! Very satisfied!

Great heel, just don't love the fit
These heels are overall great, feel supportive and relatively comfortable and the metallic is not too shiny. My only issue is that the toe strap feels a bit too far forward and I have heels that look much more flattering on my feel when there is more toe space in front of the strap. - Product Rating: 3 of 5 stars
Cute, but painful!

Bad purchase
I bought these beautiful shoes for my graduation, and I wore them for only a few hours. I couldn't even care stand to wear them for the following brunch after the commencement, my feet were in so much pain. The band that goes over the heel rubbed my ankles raw. Runs a little large
