Love the open back

The Straps are Unsatisfactory
I bought this dress because I absolutely love the open back. Although the dress fit (I ordered an XL) the straps do not stay up at all. The straps roll and fall down my shoulders making it impossible to wear. I was really excited for the product; I am unable to exchange.Response from Lulus.com: Hello Monica! So cute but easily snags
Loved this dress! I should have ordered a small, but it still fits me great for the occasion!
