Cute skirt
The tassels on this are so fun and color is as pictured. The waist/fabric has no give, so if you're between sizes, size up. I'm a 29"waist and the M is just a tad tight, but with a looser shirt will work for now. - Product Rating: 5 of 5 stars

Comfy but runs small
