Great products, high risk purchase
Never received the dress, it was stolen from my porch while at work. I know this isn't Lulu's fault but they are not like other retailers who would replace a missing package. They work with 3rd party shippers to keep costs down so there is no protection for the consumer. Big bummer. I've purchased from Lulu's in the past but this put a bad taste in my mouth.Response from Lulus.com:
