Needs adjustments
I am 5'6" and this dress with my 3" heels was still about 4" too long. Around the fabric around the armpit area was also too big and stuck out making the top of the dress look oversized and I am a full C cup. I had to take this dressed to be shortened and taken in about an inch on both sides of the armpit areas. It's a cute dress once fixed but needs a lot of work to make it fit correctly.
