Perfect for Formal Party
I wore this to a black tie Christmas party and I received so many compliments. It was so comfortable and looked even better on. It did come wrinkled, but I just turned it inside out to iron and it looked perfect. I wore 3 1/2" heels, and the dress hovered just above the toe of my shoe, so it wasn't too short (and I'm 5'11 without heels).

YES!!!

Runs large
I liked the fabric a lot, but the dress runs pretty big so I didn't keep it. Also, the cowl neck wouldn't fall right by itself, you have to pull down on it to make it look right.Response from Lulus.com: Hello Emily! Runs larger than most Lulus
So I was madly in love with the velvet look/this color, but it just fit not in a very flattering way. I mean maybe I could have sized down from my normal medium but then I feel like it would've been uncomfortable. Loved this dress!! Wore it for a formal wedding and got lots of compliments. Fit great, just like other Lulus maxi dresses I have ordered. This dress is simply stunning. I have a hard time with maxi dresses due to my height but with big heels this dress is perfect. I'm typically a medium but reading the reviews I decided to go with a small. It fits like a glove. It's so comfortable and holds me in so well. I also wear a C cup and I could easily go braless in this dress. Buy it. You won't regret it!!
