I've been looking for a dress with tie straps and this is amazing. Def size down as I am ALWAYS a medium but switched to small. Photo is in medium.

Blue Spring Dress
This dress is so gorgeous! It's lightweight but still heavy enough so you can't see through it. The smocked bodice adapts well to any chest/waist size since it's stretchy. Super comfortable and the perfect fit for me. The straps aren't sewed so you can re-tie them to the length you'd like. This was a beautiful dress- I wore it to family pictures. It fit true to size and was flowy and beautiful at the bottom! Comfy but elegant at the same time! Highly recommend this dress! LOVE the bow sleeves! You won't be disappointed!

Flowy, Beautiful sundress
Soft fabric, easy to wear - I'll be reaching for this often this summer, for casual day trips and even nicer events! The material flows beautifully and the color is such a soft, flattering blue. I bought this for Easter and it was just what I was looking for. I bought a size small. The fit was pretty perfect and the material was light. The straps are adjustable which was nice. It arrived a little wrinkled but steamed SO EASILY! This will be a nice summer dress.

Shrunk on first wash :(
I adored this dress, incredibly soft fabric and a beautiful color! Sadly the dress shrunk despite washing on cold, stretching out, and hanging to dry. Fits comfortably
I purchased this to wear postpartum fords photos a week or so after I have my baby. It fits me at 36 weeks pregnant, so it's definitely flowy and forgiving.

Classic & high quality
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this dress. Is a bit heavier which I like, and the white is not see-through so I can wear without a bra. Great summer staple!
