First time ordering online

Snug in hips
Thought this would be a nice dress. The hips were a bit tight so it pulled in the front which I wasn't a fan of esp for photos. The top was a bit loose, but my chest was a bit flatter. Too Big
Since a lot of people said it ran big, I went up a size but it was waaay too big. Gorgeous dress though!
