Perfect for a summer wedding.
This dress really is perfect for an evening wedding in the summer. The fabric feels lovely but it's very heavy and I'm a little afraid it's going to be hot. I ordered this and the blue but decided to keep this because it fit slightly better. It's a little snug but the next size would be too big. I will need to have a lot hemmed off so keep that in mind if you're short. I truly wish they offered a short length. Overall, beautiful dress! - Product Rating: 2 of 5 stars
Don't buy
Although this dress is beautiful and perfect for a wedding guest's dress the quality is not good. Before I left for the wedding the seams were already coming undone. The dress was not tight at all. I was just hoping it didn't completely fall apart while I was at the wedding. Not worth $100Response from Lulus.com: Hi Savannah! We're so sorry to hear that the seams were coming undone. Size was good but length way too long!
Considering the average woman is 5'4", (which is my height,) you would have thought that they would make the length a little closer to what most people would fit. I used the size recommendations to order. The bust and waist were pretty close but the length was way off! Even wearing high heels didn't make enough difference. Beautiful long dress!
Really excited to wear this beautiful long dress to my friends destination beach wedding! It was a bit too long for me at 5'2" so I got it hemmed and now its the perfect length! Fits perfectly!
This dress is really nice. I've had issues with dress sizes at Lulu's before where a large is too big but a medium is too small but luckily this dress fits me perfectly. The material is really pretty and light. The slit doesn't come up as far as I hoped it would so it's a little more challenging to walk in than expected, but everything else is perfect. Definitely a good purchase and looking forward to wearing it to a fall wedding.
