ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS
I paid 64$ for an open, empty plastic bag that doesn't even have my dress in there! Been waiting on a phone call for 20 minutes, and never got an answer. This is the worst clothing customer service ever! I was going to use it this Saturday, and now have to reschedule everything!Response from Lulus.com:
