Incompetence
I ordered this with express shipping because I needed it for a funeral. A day after the expected shipment, customer service told me they couldn't fulfill my order. Runs small
I originally ordered a size medium because that's what I normally wear, but it was too tight. I got a size large which fit much better but I ended up returning because I just didn't love it. RUNS SUPER SMALL, HEAVY FABRIC
I ordered a Medium. Based on the reviews, they said to size up. I usually wear a Small but sized up. Could barely pull the dress down; it was super tight and uncomfortable. Sorta got stuck trying to get it off of me. Also, the fabric is super heavy and scratchy. Cute White Dress
I typically wear a size M but I sized up just because the material fits right on your body. This is absolutely beautiful on and I will wear my spanx for the smooth line in the back. Love the material and not too clingy but just enough. Can't go wrong with this dress. - Product Rating: 5 of 5 stars

I love, love, LOVE this dress. This is my second Lulu's dress and I couldn't be happier. The material is thick and feels so high quality. I anticipate having this one for a very long time.
