Package went MIA
Ordered 4 dresses and the package never arrived. Lulus says it left their location, DHL who they sent it with says they never received it. Was given a refund and told to order again but none of the dresses were in stock any longer and I'm strapped for time to get something for my event - asked for free expedited shipping since the order was lost and was told they couldn't help.
