Didn't work

Perfect Wedding Guest Dress
This dress was perfect for the black-tie wedding I attended. I got many compliments and felt very comfortable the whole evening. The fit was true to size but will agree with some of the other reviews regarding the top. It was a tad big on me but I also recognize I am small busted so this probably won't be an issue for most. This dress fits perfectly! I was worried I would need to get it hemmed but its length goes to just above my ankles.
