    Too large

    Not true to size. Material is cheap too. The ankle straps were too loose, and the shoe was slipping off my foot.

    Perfect holiday shoes

    Wore these for my work holiday party, love them! They do start to hurt your feet if you wear them and stand too long, but in my defense, I was 7 months pregnant too and still love them!

    So classy and beautiful

    Wore these heels to a wedding, and they were comfortable. The design is very classy and beautiful. I wore a black dress, and these heels elevated the look. I would highly recommend.

    Poor quality

    Super disappointing. First pair received appeared to have been worn. Stretched out and damaged. Second pair that came in as an exchange was even worse. Majority of stones missing and fell out. Runs about 1/2 size larger and the ratio of how the shoe fits is terrible. First worst item I've ever received from Lulus. Disappointing

    Wedding Guest shoes

    These fit so well with the black dress I also purchased from Lulus. The crystals on the shoe fit so well with the pair of earrings that looked exactly like the design on the shoes. It was my first time ordering shoes from Lulus and I was not disappointed, ready to order more pairs in the future.

    More comfortable than expected

    I sized up one size and glad I did. They fit slightly big, but I am happy with that. Heel height is high enough to be fashionable, but not so high to be uncomfortable. Very easy to walk in. Color neutral enough to match easily. I like them so much I bought them in black as well.

    Too big can't exchange

    These are so cute and seem like they would actually be comfortable if they were the right size. I ordered according to my recommended size but they are too big and now they don't allow me to exchange for a half size down. Really disappointing.

    Fell Short of Quality Expectations

    I gave these to my wife as a Christmas gift. She gave me a list of Lulus heels, and I selected them because they looked very nice. Unfortunately, the heels did not meet the quality expectations. First, the shipment was just the shoebox wrapped in a bag. The box came all smashed, and it didn't look very good under the tree for a Christmas gift. Second, the quality of the shoes is not very good. They came a little bit crooked at the front and had... Read More

First, the shipment was just the shoebox wrapped in a bag. The box came all smashed, and it didn't look very good under the tree for a Christmas gift. Second, the quality of the shoes is not very good. They came a little bit crooked at the front and had some glue-like stains (refer to photos). Finally, the sizing was awful. It seems like the size of both heels is not the same because one fits bigger than the other (refer to photos). I don't like to give bad reviews, but I was a little sad about the overall product quality experience. We will probably do a return; it is up to my wife.
