Elsie white puff sleeve mini dress

Cute but small
The dress is cute, I'm 5'0 and it was pretty short. I also couldn't zip it up all the way on my bust.Response from Lulus.com: Hello Cynthia! Cute dress!
Love this how this dress fits on my body, and the color is calm and beautiful. It's slightly lose around my waist and about an inch longer than how i want it to be, but it looks perfect with a pair of heels!
