    Too big

    I would like to return the shoe because they fit too big on me.

    Not as expected

    I was really excited to receive these shoes but upon their arrival, I was disappointed. The straps are extremely loose and I could not find the proper way to secure the straps. Maybe an associate can explain it to me but I spent 10+ minutes trying to even get the shoes on and couldn't accomplish that.

    Upset

    This is a poorly made item. The straps are extremely loose, resulting in these shoes being very dangerous to wear (high ankle sprain risk). Also very disappointed to learn that Lulus has changed their return policy - there should not be a fee for returning an item. You have lost a customer!
