Not sure what is going on with the fabric
I got this dress in 2 colors. I'm not sure why but there is SO much excess fabric in the skirt. It's very full. Also, the bottom of both dresses had a considerably uneven hem. Lulus almost always knocks it out of the park, but unfortunately not with this one.Response from Lulus.com:
