Not for small OR big breasts
I liked this dress, the color is nice and it looks just like in the picture. I had to return bc it is so tight in the chest (even for small-breasted women like me) that it makes it uncomfortable to wear. Length was ok for me just like in the picture.Response from Lulus.com:
