Strap sewed wrong, can't get your arm in the sleeve
I think this is just a fluke but Lulus will not let us return this item since it's a final sale. You literally cannot get your arm in the sleeve because the hanging straps are sewn incorrectly.Response from Lulus.com: Hello Anna! We are so sorry to hear that the dress was sewn incorrectly! Waste of money
I tried it on when it came in the mail and it fit great. The day I was supposed to wear it I just got it zipped and was about to walk out the door when the zipper popped. My husband had to rip it off of me bc the zipper wouldn't budge. Couldn't return it bc I took the tag off. Waste of money.Response from Lulus.com: Hello Jessica! Thank you for your review! Customer for life!
I had ordered the incorrect size and was worried I wouldn't be able to exchange in time. Lulu's customer service was beyond amazing in getting the dress sent to a different state where the wedding was taking place. The dress fit perfectly! I do have smaller breasts, so I put a small stitch in the front so the girls didn't get out. I will most definitely be shopping the site soon!

Fits nicely, but bust area is loose
It's a nice dress that fits perfectly everywhere but the bust. The bust area is unfortunately a bit loose for my chest size.
