Loose but Cute!
This skirt is super cute and I ordered a medium because my bottom half is bigger compared to my upper half. When I tried it was loose mainly in the area around my waist and somewhat in the back. I would say this skirt runs a little big so would definitely try a smaller size in my opinion.
