Well made

Perfect for Black Tie Optional Bridesmaid Dress
I wore this as a bridesmaid dress for a black tie optional wedding. It was absolutely gorgeous. It was so soft and comfortable and fit true to size. It was very long, so I did need to get it hemmed, even wearing 3 inch heels. But I felt great in it, and it is very flattering. I received several compliments at the wedding. I can't wait to wear it again one day!

Absolutely love this
I feel incredible in this dress, it fits beautifully (definitely long but I'm used to that with my height). I wore shape wear under for my own comfort but it doesn't fall weirdly at all. I can't wait to wear it for the wedding!

Very comfortable dress.
This dress was so comfortable. It has some stretch to it. I had my seamstress stitch up the slit and the v neck a bit as they were a bit high/low for me. Lots of compliments. I did notice though that I left small tufts of black velvet wherever I sat, not horrible but wouldn't be good if you had to sit on light colored furniture. Good thing it was a dark venue. Difficult to wear
If you're a petite girl (5.2" and under) like me, this might be pretty tough to wear. The slit is extremely high on the leg, so if you don't have long legs to compensate, the slit is more pronounced than seems intended. The top part of the dress fit well, but the bottom half was tight. I have very wide hips which caused the dress to not go down properly, and the slit was all the way up and couldn't close enough to not be revealing. I ordered an XL and will probably have to have some alterations done.
