Great fit. Awesome service!
I loved the trench coat! And I wanted to especially come here to thank the Lulus team for sending it to me within a day. To give context, there was some mix up in the order, and the Lulus customer service team was extremely kind and super responsive and immediately shipped the correct order that reached me within a day in time to wear it on Christmas! Size up
This was a nice heavy coat but really small in chest area, I couldn't move my arms forward at all and had to return for a bigger size.Response from Lulus.com: Hello Ivette, thanks for your review! Worth it
I love it. I have T-Rex arms so the arms fit long. Fits pretty well a bit tight at the waist but it's fine, not bad. I really am happy with my purchase. Heavy and will keep you warm.
