    Hidden nails in insole of boot!

    I've been a fan of Lulus for a long time but lately I've had some pretty bad experiences. Like this one. I injured myself trying on boots when I got them because of two nails on the inside of one of the insoles. To my surprise all I was offered was a small gift card and refund for the inconvenience. What the heck is your quality control team doing?! Clearly slacking

    Great Value!

    Got these boots on sale for SEVENTEEN DOLLARS! I didnt have high expectations, but they look great and are pretty comfortable. Wore them to a baby shower and got lots of compliments.

    Wanted to love These!

    First off I own these boots in pink too! I do love how comfortable they are. The style is super cute and trendy. But I have only worn them once and the bottom of the heel popped off. This could be just a fluke because my pink ones are great! But really disappointed they only lasted one wear

    Super cute but shipped damaged...

    Loved these boots! Unfortunately, they arrived with a knick on the top of one boot. I considered return/exchange but they were no longer selling them by the time I received the package. They're still super cute but wish they would have taken these out of their inventory since they were damaged.
