Go up 2 sizes
I am normal size US 6.5 in heels and US 7.0 in sneakers. I bought size 8.5 and 9.0 in these heels and I kept the 8.5. I'll even have a bit of room for a little gel insert. They look exactly as shown in photos! - Product Rating: 5 of 5 stars

Small Shoe
