First time order
Saw Lulus on a blog. I needed shoes for a wedding, I'm in the party, and don't usually get very dressy these days, so didn't want to spend a lot, so checked Lulu's out. Amazing spring shoe
Love this shoe! Its cute, comfy, and perfect for a winter/spring white. So far, Ive worn this to pick up my marriage license so its great for bridal events too!

Never Received
I never received this item and though I have filed a claim with UPS, Lulus has been just as unhelpful. I would really like a refund for my $250+ package.Response from Lulus.com: Hello Hadley! Never even got it :(
I ordered this on 5/29. It said it would delivery by the 6/9. It is now 6/14 and when I track the package it doesn't even have a delivery date or will show me where the package is even at.
