Sent the wrong size
I ordered these in a size 10 to wear to a wedding. I opened them to try on with my dress and while the box says size 10, the shoes inside were a size 6. I am responsible to pay return shipping myself despite their error, which would cost almost as much as the shoes themselves. I will never order from Lulus again.
