    Quality Issues

    I ordered this dress TWICE, and both times had issues with the quality. The first dress arrived with one strap broken. Lulus customer service quickly sent me a new one. The second one, the straps were completely different widths. It looked ridiculous. One was so thin I was sure it was going to snap. Very disappointed. Customer service was helpful in refunding my purchase, but I'm still without a dress.

    Ugly material

    A really ugly material and color. It's a lot more vibrant IRL but in a bad way. Not worth it.

    Runs a bit small in the bust

    Beautiful dress but runs small up top. I'd recommend going up a size or two.

    So disappointing. Unbelievably poor quality.

    This had the potential to be cute, but the quality was sooo so so poor. The zipper didn't go down past the widest part of the hips, and there was absolutely no stretch. The dress had two thin loops on the sides of it to keep the waist tie in place, and they were literally shredded and falling apart (pictured). The bust part had two weird floppy points that were oddly placed on the sides (tried to get a picture but it's blurry, and I didn't want... Read More
    This had the potential to be cute, but the quality was sooo so so poor. The zipper didn't go down past the widest part of the hips, and there was absolutely no stretch. The dress had two thin loops on the sides of it to keep the waist tie in place, and they were literally shredded and falling apart (pictured). The bust part had two weird floppy points that were oddly placed on the sides (tried to get a picture but it's blurry, and I didn't want to put this thing on again), and the bust fabric wasn't sewn into the waist part correctly so the edge kept flipping inside out. The straps felt like they were wearing down in parts and looked like the stitching attaching them to the dress was coming loose (pictured). This quality was unbelievably poor. I have bought so many things from Lulus. I love them, but this was by far the worst purchase I've made from here. - Lucianna B.

    Great Fall wedding dress

    This dress is so pretty, and the velvet really makes it stand out. I haven't worn it yet but look forward to.
