Made for mega-shorties
I'm 5'1.555"ish with a short torso, so the dress is a great length for me - about three inches above the knee. I'm sure it'd be uncomfortably short on an average-sized person. The fact that I got a Large probably also helped the length. The yellow is super cute and I'd say the photo is pretty accurate. - Product Rating: 5 of 5 stars
That special occasion dress
I was looking for a nice dress for my daughter birthday party so when I saw this I really liked it but I always like to read the reviews to see what other girls think and yes they were right this dress is really short because it fit me perfectly. Disappointed
I usually don't write reviews because I don't like what I have to say about a certain product to influence someone's point of view when it comes to clothing or style. Not spectacular
So I am usually a small in most Lulu's clothing but I ordered a medium because the measurements seemed smaller than usual. I am 5'4 and 125 lbs and the medium fit pretty good all over but the dress was just so short. It is was of those dresses that just keeps riding up that I would be tugging on the whole night. small, short
i loves the picture online but when i ordered it, the dress was so short that i couldn't even pull it down all the way past my glutes, if you have an athletic body type or even a decently sized backside this dress would not be good fit for you. Also, this dress must have been made for women with short torsos, being the type who has a long torso, this was almost like wearing a long shirt. love the colour and details
The colour of the pink looks pretty much like the picture and I find that the shortness of the length is just fine, well for me. However, the way the shoulders fit is really loose, so is the waist but only a tad loose. for reference, I'm 5'3", 32c, 23" waist and 33" hips. Too short!
I'm 5'2 and 118 pounds. I'm fairly small yet have a little bit of curves. This dress was soooo short. It barely covered my butt. I also think runs a little small. Short and snug
I am 5'2 and I usually wear a size 6 but this was too snug and short for me in the Medium size, a large may work. I truly think it most flattering on a less curvy body type such as the model. Silluet doesn't do much for curves but the lace is very pretty.
