Super Cute but Size Up

Cute but short. Looks cheap

Disappointing
This dress looks amazing online but upon receiving it I almost knew immediately after unpacking it that I would be returning. For one, the shoulders aren't actually tie-up. There's unadjustbale straps with tulle tied around them. It just looks cheap and like I would have to primp the dress so much to get it to look like it does online.
