    So elegant!

    This dress was simple yet so elegant! I received lots of compliments. The small was a bit snug but I wouldn't have changed it. It was just really flattering with the scrunched look. Being that I'm short, I just scrunched it a little more to be shorter. If you are tall you can just loosen the scrunch!
