A little tight around the arm

Super Cute!
I got this for a wedding! The scrunched material is very flattering, but know there is a lot of it! It fits true to size, and hits right below the knees for me, with one side hanging lower. I don't have to wear a bra, and any undergarments will be invisible because of the ruching. It does have an under layer which is not attached so I feel like it might ride up a little.
