Cute dress. true to size. the length could be stretched a bit but it is cute and works with the fun of the dress. The dress does need a wide belt for the waist as the elastic is not attractive. I am 5"1', 32C, 26 waist and 36 in hips and I ordered a small. The dress grows on you. Both my husband and daughter said "no" initially but changed their minds after a few minutes so I decided to keep it. And I am looking forward to wearing it.
