Waste of money
Decided to buy this eyeliner here instead of the actual place I usually buy it from. Never again. It somewhat works when tested on my hand, but BARELY anything comes out of the pen when used on my eyelid. It comes out like it's completely dried out. Doesn't work at all! So disappointed. I can't even get a refund on this and that makes me more upset.Response from Lulus.com:
