Strap heels
The shoes fit, but I would've gotten the style where there is more of a back around the heel & a strap around the upper ankle if they had my size. They will work because the style I wanted was out of my size, but they are loose due to it just being straps holding the shoe to your foot. - Product Rating: 5 of 5 stars
Customer Service is Amazing!!
I bought these and they were too big for me, I always cringe when I have to return a product because, I have had bad experiences in the past. LULUS is OUTSTANDING they go far beyond any one else!! Doesn't fit well
The shoes are beautiful and classy. I thought because the heel is low it would be super comfortable but the straps with the buckle fit are odd. This shoe is not made for wide feet. Maybe a half size up may have fit better but the front straps hurt my feet. When I walk, the straps at the back are rubbing on my skin.Response from Lulus.com: Hi, Olivia! Cute but caused blisters
These shoes are very cute but they definitely run large. I ordered an 11 but would size down to a 10 if I purchased them again.
