Great Customer Service, Beautiful Dress
First time ordering from Lulus - I ordered a medium, but it was way too big so I exchanged it for a small, which fit perfectly. I made an error in the initial order and then had to return it, and customer service was really fast and helpful. Free shipping and free returns. The dress is gorgeous and high-quality. Great dress
Very comfortable and fits true to size. I am 5'3 so I know I'm somewhat short and even with heels this dress was long and was easy to trip on it but other than that it was very nice. - Product Rating: 5 of 5 stars
Love it!
I got this as a bridesmaid dress and absolutely love it! It is flattering yet comfortable, and the lace-up back makes it easy to adjust. I had to get it shortened but was expecting that given my height. - Product Rating: 4 of 5 stars
Good Overall!
Back is fully adjustable but has to be pretty tight if you don't want it to fall down. It's a pain to iron but It was a great dress though and I will wear it again.
