Came scuffed but fits great
The shoes arrived with black scuff marks on the back which was disappointing. But, when I texted Lulu's support, Bianca T. responded right away and was quick to refund my purchase without a return being necessary. Very awesome customer service! And still great shoes.

Too small

Love! But..
Love the looks of this shoe, but it does run large. I usually wear a 6 and 1/2. Returned for a 6, and it still seems a bit looser than I would prefer.Response from Lulus.com: Hello Breanna! Wedding on GRASS!
I usually wear a size 7.5-8 for any given shoe. I bought this in 7.5. This shoe fits really well on the palm of my foot and the ergonomics are comfortable. The ankle strap doesn't have quite enough holes so I felt like if I made a new hole they wouldn't slide around so much. This is not so much the shoes issue but my heels being super thin. I wore these to a wedding on GRASS! And they felt safe and secure, I didn't feel unsteady at all. - Product Rating: 5 of 5 stars

These shoes are perfect!
I ordered these shoes for my best friends wedding this summer, but have been breaking them in. They are comfy and a 3 inch heel is perfect for what I needed!
