Awkward across the toes and loose in the heel
I wear a true size 9 with relatively no problems buying shoes, and though I would say these were true to size, they were awkward in fit. The band across the toes hit in a strange spot for me in a way that the arch of my foot didn't want to line up correctly with the arch of the shoe, and the fabric at the back of the heel didn't give much coverage thus leaving the heel to easily slip out of the back of the shoe and off the footbed. My heel was sliding off!
The back of the shoe that cups your heel is too narrow and my foot kept wiggling its way of the shoe within a matter of steps. I kept having to readjust my shoe so my foot stayed on the shoe, I knew they definitely wouldn't work for my whole wedding day. It was just happening on one shoe. The heels are a little high for me, but they're super cute!!! Like all heels, they're uncomfy after a while but I got so many compliments.
