Disappointed
I've been buying things from Lulus for many years. These are supposed to be my wedding shoes and one arrived like this. Very disappointed

Great simple heel for wedding
These heels were great for our civil ceremony wedding! I never wear heels, and they were relatively comfortable for a small bit of walking. I am sometimes a 6.5 and sometimes a 7, and I ordered a 7, which fit really well. My only qualm was the ankle strap, which was a bit thin and wasn't attached/sewn (just threaded through the heel loop), so the buckle kept rotating around to the front of my leg (see photo). Awful.
The strap of the shoes ripped off the back of my shoe not even 2 hours into wearing them. Absolute junk shoes. Could not even wear them for the event and had to walk back in broken shoes to switch during cocktail hour. Will never buy from Lulus again.Response from Lulus.com: Hello Lauren. Do not like the shoes
