I wanted to love this... But it's not meant for a short torso
This dress is super cute however the way the waist is synched you are forced to pull the dress upward towards your waist leaving the upper part of the dress to be huge and it hangs no where near my shoulders. It's a shame because the dress has potential. Hopefully the design will be fixed so that other short torso girls can rock this cute dress.Response from Lulus.com:
