Not a quality piece, period
Sorry, but this piece sucked altogether; the quality was not great; the fabric was thin, and the elastic waistband made it look that much cheaper. The bottom of the skirt would lay very weird because of the thin fabric, which is probably why the model has a wide-leg stance in the photos. And obviously, being petite and short did not help.
