Love the dress

Weird
I bought this dress for a friend's beach wedding (the color is what she wanted). Unfortunately, it's just awkward. It's super snug at the zipper but the bust is somehow too big. There's like extra fabric on the side-boob area that just bunches up. It's also SUPER long and needs probably a foot of fabric removed.
