    Spunky shoes

    Perfect!

    These are perfect they take a little effort to tie but they're great. They're not hard to walk in but they are just a little bit small but not too bad they still fit

    Cute shoes!

    These shoes were relatively comfortable and the lace up part of the shoe stayed put the whole night! No retying or laces coming loose. I received so many compliments on them!

    Unfortunately

    The shoes were gorgeous however the customer service was terrible, I've never had any issues with Lulus before however I had to get these shoes exchanged since I needed a bigger size I wrote them on Friday because UPS lost the shoes when it was supposed to be delivered Thursday so she had asked me if I wanted them to send another pair since UPS had lost the package and I responded yes please & she never responded until this Monday morning though...
