Jury is still out on this one
I bought this to wear to an upcoming summer wedding. The dress construction is much higher quality than I expected, as is the fabric. The color is a very pretty shade of navy. Post menopause my waist is a couple inches bigger than it used to be. I typically buy a size 6, sized up to medium due to the customer reviews about the tight waist. It fits, but just barely. Wanted to love this but made me look big
I based my size on the reviews and in this case, was not helpful. I think because the dress has so much fabric with the ruffles, it made me look larger than I am. I'm athletically built, typically size small or medium and I went with a medium. This was too large - had a gap in the sides, wasn't tight, the V in front was too low.
