    Lulus is great, Ontrac is subpar

    The dress itself is great. In my area, Lulus uses Ontrac for delivery. There was an error in the address that I attempted to correct 4 times with Ontrac via live chat. Their live chat was never easy and a couple of times cut off early requiring the whole process to start again. Adding over a week to finally receiving the dress that I had express shipped. Luckily It made it the night before my event and fit!

    The Blue Dress

    Loved the dress. But it did not fit on the bust. Runs very small. A friend that's basically a size B cup wore it.

    Fit like a glove!

    I purchased a small and a medium because reviews said it ran small, but medium was too big, and the small fit like a glove. Super flattering, very comfortable, and good quality.

    Beautiful dress but runs small in the chest area

    I typically wear a medium but because of the reviews saying this dress runs small I went for a large. I was shocked to not even fit into the large due to being larger in the chest area. I couldn't even zip it! I'll attempt ordering an XL but if you have a larger back/chest this dress will not be able to zip up all the way.

    Both too large and too small

    This dress was beautiful and felt like it was well made/good quality; however, the fit did not work for my body type. It fits extremely snug on my torso, like I could only just zip it. Sizing up wasn't an option for me because it was too large in the bust for my small chest and much longer on me than on the model. I think it would be perfect for the right body type, but that unfortunately was not me.

    Beautiful dress

    It was a beautiful dress. Nice thick fabric. The straps were a little too big for me so I had it altered but besides that great! So flattering and comfortable.

    Amazing, but tight waist!!

    Stunning!!

    I absolutely love this dress! I bought it for my graduation originally but it came up a little long so it looks a bit too formal for my liking, but I'm keeping it for my upcoming ball at university as it's perfect for that!
