Not flattering on my body type
I have ordered dresses from Lulus in the past in size L that fit perfectly, but maybe the sizing is different in their full length options. Couldn't zip over my chest, but the layered design was not the most flattering option I tried from Lulu's and would have returned anyway.Response from Lulus.com: Hello Gabrielle, thanks for your review! Cute, but sizing is weird
Overall, the dress is cute, and it worked for the wedding. I can't fault the dress for me being larger than I'd ideally like to be. When it came to the dress, I read the reviews and ordered an XL since I HATE being tight in the cinching under the bust, and the dress fit PERFECTLY.....except for the straps. Gorgeous but tight
Ordered this for a spring wedding and it would honestly be perfect IF I could zip it up. The rib area has no extra stretch so I would not recommend for anyone with a wider rib cage. Runs small
I've always been a size small, but when it comes to formal dresses, I size up if needed. The chest region was VERY small, and I sized up, and it fit great! Complimentary Dress
I needed a dress that was cocktail but not too dressy for a dinner that my husband's work was hosting, kind of a promotion dinner. I ordered three dresses and ultimately decided on this one. It fit me very well and was flattering for my body shape. I liked that it wasn't too tight but still shows my body shape.
