Pockets!
This dress is gorgeous and thick-- very well lined. It is definitely a winter dress. Also I did not realize when I ordered, but it has pockets! This means it requires a bit of adjusting to hang properly from time to time, but pockets are awesome. I ordered a large for my bust, and the dress hits just above my knees, so I would recommend tall girls size up if they want to wear this to work as I am very short!
