Runs Very Large
I purchased an extra small and it fits more like a medium/large. I realize shift dresses aren't form fitting but everything is large from the sleeves to the shoulders. The length however, was ok. I will be returning.

Hated it!
Sleeves too short. Pockets horrible. Made the dress very unflattering. Material uncomfortable. Did return this dress.

Super Cute
The sleeves are very flattering if you feel like you generally have bigger arms (such as myself), it does run a tiny bit too large but I don't think it runs large enough to order a size down.
